At Aurelia-Melbourne.com, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days, and we will gladly assist you.

How to return a product?
1. Send an email to info@aurelia-melbourne.com specifying which items you wish to return.
2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our customer service team.
3. Carefully package the items (preferably in their original packaging).
4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
5. Share the Track & Trace code with our customer service team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will refund the full order amount within five business days. Please note: return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions to returns:
- Sealed products with broken seals.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products that, by nature, cannot be returned.
- Hygiene-related products in the "Beauty," "Kids & Baby," and "Sport" categories.

Received damaged or incorrect items?
If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and include clear photos of the issue at info@aurelia-melbourne.com. We will provide a replacement product or, in the case of repeated issues, a full refund.
